As probably you do, I come from a long journey of personal development.

I grew up in a dysfunctional family where my father just believed women were not as smart as men (bad news for him because he had 3 girls). He had the money, which meant he had the power. My mother, despite all her love, lacked the self-worth and resources to be independent and leave, and in the background, the culture dictated that status and possibilities were determined by how white your skin is or your last name.

Well, that was not looking good for a little Latina girl who was determined to live a magical life by the side of a loving, wonderful man who would be her equal, where she would live abroad, leave a stamp in the world, and enjoy the financial freedom that her successful career would provide.

I don't know where this awareness came from... but from a very young age, I decided to take things into my own hands, and the journey started...

I did everything!! from reading Deepak Chopra, 'Please Be Happy,' 'The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari,' 'A Mastery in Love.'.. I tried out traditional therapy, 'A Course in Miracles,' family constellations, shamanic rituals, the emotional code. I learned metaphysics, energy healing, mindfulness, and meditation. I mean EVERYTHING that was available at the time, and it did work.

Through the years, I overcame most of that conditioning and created a beautiful life, but despite all the journey, there were still blocks that kept coming back, and the idea of opening old wounds again felt daunting.

I was done exploring my past! There had to be another way!

And I found it! 

I learned to reprogram the subconscious.

 After just a few MINUTES of reprogramming myself, there I was, speaking about money confidently with my partner without feeling threatened (that felt weird). After a couple more sessions, there I was, speaking my heart out on LinkedIn, not caring what people would say. I couldn't believe it! 

Really? So easy? Without drama? 

Yes,  that was all it took. 

I was finally free from the story of my childhood. (I still am) and I want you to have that."
