How is this possible?

In reality, you don't have an addiction to your phone; what you have is a habit, a deeply ingrained one.

You taught your brain that when you feel bored, it feels good to take your phone. That when you feel unrest, your phone gives you "comfort." That when you feel worried, your phone gives you relief. That when you are bored, that black box keeps you busy.

You taught your brain so consistently and so well that it now does it automatically. You barely notice what triggers it, and the next thing you know, you're on your phone. It is now a subconscious program.

Traditionally, it would take time to retrain the brain and the body to learn a new behavior, the same time it took you to adopt it. But not anymore. Our latest understanding of neuroscience allows us now to access the file that stores that subconscious program and rewrite it almost instantly!

This is how you will achieve it:

A 3-session program to regain control over your phone (live, virtual)

Session 1

In this group session, you will learn the foundation of how you can create deliberate change in your brain and how to stop the addiction on the spot. By the end of the first session, you will have already started your reprogramming. ( For some people, that one session is all they need !) You will have already started taking control.

The Stop Button

This is a one-on-one session with me where together we can access the whole program that triggers your addiction and reprogram it in the moment. This is about creating real change in the brain. It is the part where we make sure the change is not only superficial, and that it goes beyond your best intent. You will accelerate your progress 10x  (at least).

We will root the new behavior even deeper (I’m not taking any chances). You will see evidence of the change you have made and will forge the path forward in freedom from your phone.

For how long will the effects last?

The change we will create goes beyond your good intent; it is an actual physical change in your brain, which means it is long-lasting. It's also important to know that this new behavior will naturally be challenged by whatever happens in your life. But you will be trained to bring yourself back in control.

I still need my phone. Will I be able to use it?

Of course! We all love that beautiful machine, and we are meant to use it. The difference is that you will use it more deliberately rather than on autopilot (not even knowing how you arrived there).

What if the dates don’t work for me?

The group sessions will be recorded, so you can catch up at your convenience. The individual session is flexible, so we will find a time that works for you. Just keep in mind that you will need to have watched session 1 to schedule your session 2.

I want to participate, but that is family time.?

The time you invest now is an investment not only in more time with your loved ones but in real quality time. You will give them the gift of your undivided attention. It’s up to you to decide if it’s worth the investment.
